Congrats! You've decided on Timeless by Sam and Omar and we're looking forward to working with you. At this point it's important to reserve your date. We will send you a contract that outlines the terms we've agreed upon. Once we receive the signed contract along with the deposit, consider your date secured. Simple as that!
Closer to your big day, we'll reach out to make sure we have an updated itinerary, go through the final details of the day, and make note of any special considerations.
What a relief it is when you've agreed to a date for your special day. At this point, we'd like to meet you and I'm sure you'd like to meet us. We can set up a virtual meeting or meet in person. This is for everyone to meet and get on the same page with regards to the general itinerary for the day and for us to learn what's important for you on your big day.
